ProFind Property Recruitment is a UK specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to the property industry.

Founded by Sally Asling, a property industry recruitment specialist with over 34 years’ sector experience, ProFind was created to offer a more thoughtful, detailed, and effective approach to hiring in property. We do not operate on volume recruitment or CV led models. Every candidate is personally pre interviewed, every shortlist is intentional, and every placement is focused on long term success.

Our recruitment services cover permanent and senior (c-suite) hires across residential sales, lettings, property management, block management, build to rent, new homes, and leadership roles. We work closely with business owners, directors, and senior leadership teams to understand portfolio size, structure, culture, and service expectations before introducing candidates.

About Sally Asling.

I am “Passionate about People and Property” and I believe in “Putting People first in property”.

As a recruiter this is essential.

My aim is to help people find their fit, find the right role in the right career with the right company. Finding the right fit for both companies and their teams is essential.

I have worked within the Residential Sales and Lettings industry for over 30 years and was a member of regulatory body ARLA & NAEA until moving into recruitment some5 years ago.

I have always prided myself on my dedication, professionalism, and expertise within the property industry and my ability to help all my clients.

Having experienced the changes over the past three decades within the industry, it is my belief that property professionals should offer a client centric, personal, and relationship-based service.

I feel that the Property Sector has many challenges, many of which can be solved by building the right teams, coaching and developing those teams and focussing on staff retention. To enable this, I prefer to work with clients closely looking at the job role and fit, and then finding exceptional talent that is the right fit.
