Retained Partnerships benefit from a highly personal service from job profiling to confirmed job offer and some onboarding aspects. We will conduct a short candidate video to send to you and if you like what you see we will proceed to profiling candidates though Psychometric Job Profiling prior to interview saving you time and only interviewing candidates that are a high organisational and job match fit.

The Enhanced Talent Search is an exclusive agreement where we work as your total talent search partner.

The Enhanced Talent Search includes job profiling and candidate selection using Psychometric job Profiling. Once candidates are selected for a first interview should you wish to proceed to a further interview we will conduct psychometric profiling to ensure

a high organisational and job match fit and provide guidance on interview questioning.

Executive Talent Search.

The Talent Search is an exclusive agreement where we work as your total talent search partner.

This service is an essential service for live vacancies and the fee is payable upon placement of a candidate starting employment and is eligible for a sliding scale rebate period of up to 12 weeks. We will source candidates for you with a combination of advertisement, headhunting and speaking to candidates registered on our database. We will present their CVs to you with a covering bullet point email with further information taken from our candidate telephone interview. We will arrange further interviews as necessary and negotiate the offer for you.

The fee will be based on a percentage of the new employees first year annual earnings.

This service offers a strategic and proactive pathway to talent acquisition, delivering unparalleled results in the pursuit of senior-level and passive candidates.

Basic Talent Search.

The Talent Search is an agreement where we work as your total talent search partner alongside other recruitment agencies.

This service is an essential service for live vacancies and the fee is payable upon placement of a candidate starting employment and is eligible for a sliding scale rebate period of up to 12 weeks. We will source candidates for you and present their CVs to you with a covering email. We will arrange interviews as necessary and process the offer for you.
