As its that business planning time of the year, I wanted to tell you a little bit about me, and why I love being a recruiter in the property industry.

After a 30+ long career in the Industry becoming a Recruiter was an unexpected turn for me, but one in which I have found a real passion for, although I perhaps dont always fit the stereotypical image! I am after all a lady in her 50’s with a huge amount of experience and passion to offer, and someone who you could never say has “commission breath”
I am kind and caring, diligent and thorough, empathetic, professional and a shrewd negotiator. I have a deep understanding of the industry and a genuine desire to help. I have strong values around honesty and integrity and will give when required my opinion. My clients have to feel its the right fit and if something in their gut is not sitting comfortably, then we have to listen to that.
I am not a job board recruiter – of course we advertise your roles everywhere, but I do not wait for job applications. My skill lies in combing my network of just under 30,000 linked in Property world connections, a large database and my own not-so-little black book. Once I understand the person you are looking for, their fit and salary I will search though my connections and headhunt to order. I will not send you loads of CVs, but I will select the people you have asked me to find and ensure a phone interview before passing them to you. This is what makes me different.
My personal “Why” is my wonderful family, which I provide for – I love the time we have together and to do do the nice things I like doing – I need to earn well. So I have a dogged determination to place the roles I am asked to work and be the best I can be.
