Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Sales Progressor to join our client’s busy Estate Agency team. In this role, you will not only manage the property sales process from offer acceptance to completion, but you will also ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved. The role offers flexible working hours, along with the option to work on a hybrid basis.

Minimum 2 years of Estate Agency and Sales Progression experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Progression: First and foremost, you will oversee the entire sales process by liaising effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Client Updates: Furthermore, you will regularly inform clients of the progress of their property transactions, keeping them well-informed at every stage.
  • Problem-Solving: In addition, you will resolve any issues that arise during the sales process, whether they be legal or financial delays, ensuring that transactions proceed as smoothly as possible.
  • Sales Support: Moreover, you will occasionally assist Sales Negotiators with tasks such as property viewings and coordinating with photographers, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are well managed.
  • Record Keeping: Finally, you will maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and readily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role within an estate agency.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills are essential to thrive in this role.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the property sales process and related legal requirements is crucial.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours and days, along with hybrid working options, will allow you to tailor your work schedule to your needs.
