Lister / Sales Manager – RG45 Region
Full-Time | £27,000 – £30,000 DOE | OTE Circa £60,000 plus milage
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday Morning: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Lister / Sales Manager on behalf of a highly regarded Estate & Lettings agency, which covers the Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Valuations with precision and confidence, thereby providing clients with realistic and competitive market appraisals.
  • List new properties for sale, ensuring that all listings are marketed effectively so as to attract potential buyers.
  • Manage the sales process seamlessly from valuation through to completion, thus ensuring a positive experience for clients while achieving sales targets.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving always to secure the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, thereby providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, while simultaneously achieving revenue targets across the Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire areas.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform and adapt sales strategies, ensuring you stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing them with the support and guidance needed to achieve their targets.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, thus providing insights into market performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities, thereby enhancing the company’s profile and expanding its client base.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property valuation, listing, and sales management within the estate agency sector, which is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of the property market in Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire, with the capability to provide accurate and informed valuations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing successful sales and consistently achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills—you’ll need to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues alike.
  • Leadership experience is crucial, as you’ll be motivating and managing a team to achieve their sales targets.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach is necessary, particularly as you’ll need to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, given that the role requires travel across Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire.
