The Job Role
This role is a fantastic stepping stone, especially if you’re a Senior Sales Negotiator eager to advance your career in property. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Estate Agency industry, a strong history of success, and the drive to thrive in a key role with a reputable local brand.
In this position, you’ll work closely with the directors to ensure the branch meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business, and maintains strong client relationships.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Strong track record in listing and winning instructions
- Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
- Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding a team
- A knack for securing new business
- Full UK driving licence
